Jacquelyn Carter Scholarship Fund

This scholarship fund is established to honor the memory of Jacquelyn (“Jacki”) Carter, whose tireless dedication to children and community made Queen Anne’s County a better place to live.

The scholarship fund will support the work of individuals who volunteer their time for the benefit of children and families in Queen Anne’s County and/or students who are pursuing higher education.
