Healthy Families Midshore

Working through the Queen Anne’s and Talbot County Health Departments, Healthy Families is a national program model designed to help expectant and new parents get their children off to a healthy start, receiving the education and support they need at the time their baby is born.  Families participate voluntarily in the program and receive home visits and referrals from trained staff.
