Drug Free Caroline Coalition

The Drug Free Caroline Coalition is a citizen driven organization that is leading the efforts to reduce teen substance abuse through positive youth events, educational community outreach events and community awareness campaigns.  The Coalition was established under the Caroline County Drug and Alcohol Council, with both organizations supporting the other’s efforts in working to strengthen enforcement efforts and advocating for policy changes to protect our youth.
